Behaviour of manager and staff and customer dealing is fantastic. Always responsive and attentive. Room service, Facilites, bathroom fittings and amenities like geyser, toiletries are upto the mark. Room has a Large 43inch Samsung LED TV (not smart one).

Excellent staff, caring the customer. Everybody try to do its own best. Very warm welcoming and very helpful. I have to manage some plans changing and the staff helped me to solve my changing and to book new ticket trains.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly reception! There were people 24/7 at the reception which made it really easy for communication. Furthermore was it great that they spoke English!

Great room. There was a bit of noise issue due to road underneath. Staff was helpful. AC was great and Free Breakfast was tasty.

The rooms are great. Clean rooms with all the required amenities. Wifi is available and in house food is also good. Walking distance from Hussainganj Metro. I stayed for a week without any issues. The staff is really nice and cooperative.
